Celebrating We will publicly celebrate every mission’s victory, large and small, communicating the impact to all involved Acts 14:27
Finishing We will be tenacious, we will persevere, and by God’s grace we will Finish what we start. Hebrew 12:1
Strategic Planning We will focus and plan our mission efforts in order to facilitate effective Field ministry and total church involvement and buy in. Proverbs 21:5
Partnership We will seek like minded organizations with which to partner in order to more effectively accomplish our goals and more efficiently utilize our resources. Philippians 1:3-5
Changing Lives for His glory We believe that as we join God on his mission, He will transform us and those we long to reach. 2 Corinthians 5:17
Prayer We recognize that prayer and intercession is essential for effective proclamation of the Gospel. Colossians 4:2-4
Reaching the Unreached We long to see the Gospel proclaimed among hidden, forgotten, and marginalized peoples. Romans 15:20
Vision
What It Will Look Like When We Do It
Within CPC
• We see people filled with urgency to fulfill the Great Commission, totally involved in our missions focus.
• We see children and youth so passionate about our missions vision that they are imagining and executing plans to raise money to reach our focus areas.
• We see people who were once just pew sitters, involving themselves passionately in our missions focus.
• We see our own people being sent to our focus areas as full time missionaries.
• We see people walking into our church immediately realizing that we are passionate about reaching the world.
Within Our Focus Areas
• We see missions of mercy among the Tarahumara and Digo people leading to physical transformations resulting in people coming to Christ.
• We see local, well trained Tarahumara and Digo pastors faithfully teaching God’s Word, planting life transforming churches that plant life transforming churches.
• We see Tarahumaras spontaneously reaching other Tarahumaras. • We see Digos spontaneously reaching other Digos.
